Ages: 10U, 12U, 14U & 16U

Dates:

• Thursdays July 18, July 25, August 1, August 8, August 15 (5:30-6:30)

Time: 

• 8U-10U (Mites & Squirts) 5:30-6:30

• 12U-14U (Peewee & Bantam)  6:30-7:30

• Location: Walker Ice and Fitness 

SKATING

• Posture

• Edge work

• Acceleration

• Transitions

SHOOTING

• Shooting fundamentals

• Increasing shot strength

• Improving shot accuracy

• Skating while shooting

• Uncomfortable shooting, rebounds, etc. 

PUCK CONTROL

• Learning to be comfortable with the puck on your stick

• Fundamentals

• Creativity

Body Contact

• Proper Angles

• Proper Body Control

• How to safely take body contact

Players should wear all equipment they typically wear in a game.

Please bring a white and colored jersey. We do have jerseys available for purchase when you sign up.
